As per one of the radiologists at the Nazarian Center, they are 0.35 Tesla machines.  I was also told that the 0.35 Tesla machine does not require cooling maintenance whereas a 1.5 Tesla MRI machine will require cooling with Helium (costing $50-60,000 per year).
